About The Position

Design, develop, and maintain scalable security and data platforms that meet business and compliance needs. Optimize for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency in cloud and hybrid environments. Actively participate in agile team activities, collaborating with product owners, UX/UI designers, business analysts, and engineering leads to delivery high-quality features quickly. Apply rigorous development practices through the lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, code reviews, deployment, and support. Promote clean code, maintainable architecture, and CI/CD principles. Work effectively in a distributed, multicultural team. Foster transparency, shared ownership, and continuous improvement through open communication and mentorship. Ensure System Resilience and Operational Excellence: Deliver robust solutions with automated testing frameworks. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and provide level 2 production support to ensure stability and continuity. Architect, implement, and sustain software using modern languages and frameworks, including Java, and Sybase. Stay updated with industry trends to recommend and apply innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 12 months of experience in job offered, or closely related role.
• ALTERNATIVE REQS: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 36 months of experience in job offered, or closely related role.
• Position requires one year of experience in the following: Programming in Java, C++, Scala, or Python; Spring Boot, Maven, API, Design Patterns, or CI/CD pipeline; Concurrent programming, high throughput, high availability, fault tolerant distributed applications; Relational databases; Building distributed databases using NOSQL technologies, including Cassandra, and coordination services including Zookeeper; Message oriented middleware architecture; Use Junit, JMeter, mocking framework to work in test driven environment; Project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum; Data streaming processing technologies including spark streaming, Apache Flink; open-source high performance, and low latency data store including Redis.
