About The Position

Provide hands-on support to AMRS, EMEA, and LATAM clients using Aladdin, addressing critical challenges to enhance operations and build strong relationships. Optimize Aladdin's functionality to resolve client issues and improve product performance. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand the data requirements of products and deliver tailored solutions, meeting the specific needs of the business or product. Interact with various stakeholders to understand the data needs of their product and deliver solutions that address the specific requirements of the business. Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies by finding the root cause of issues. Provide clients with the most accurate and updated data to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field and 12 months of experience in job offered or closely related role.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field and 36 months of experience in job offered or closely related role.
• One year of experience in Unix, SQL, Python, and R
• SQL database management
• Statistical computations
• Predictive and prescriptive modeling using programming languages, including Python, Java, and Unix
• Latin American markets experience in the financial services industry
• ETLs
