About The Position

Your Future Team Highland is a rapidly growing wealth management practice that specializes in helping clients maximize their opportunities in money and life. As Wealth Confidants we use our financial muscle, culture of caring and connection, and proprietary training and tools for the purpose of helping clients connect their wealth to a life of meaning and purpose in order to experience the joy of thriving. The Associate role is intended to provide meaningful support to Advisors and Associate Advisors in client relationships. Associates support the execution of the overall service offering for assigned clients in partnership with Advisors and Associate Advisors. Accuracy, strong organization, and timely implementation of deliverables are essential to this role.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of financial planning concepts
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team first mentality

Responsibilities

  • Create and update financial planning analyses and modeling scenarios under the direction of Advisors and Associate Advisors.
  • Assist with tax, estate, insurance, portfolio, and cash flow analyses.
  • Prepare client meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow up documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client data across planning tools, custodial platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Execute client service tasks and support implementation of planning recommendations.
  • Draft and coordinate client communications as directed.
  • Create and maintain Executive Summary reports.
  • Manage workflow and track action items to ensure client deadlines are met.
  • Participate in client meetings as a supporting team member.
  • Work collaboratively with internal team members on client service initiatives.
  • Demonstrate continued learning across all financial planning subject areas.
  • Provide input on improving processes, systems, and overall team effectiveness.
  • Continued personal and professional development.
  • Other projects and duties may be required.
