About The Position

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to coordinate processes for transactions across legal, compliance, sales, trading, and syndicate teams. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience developing quantitative models and tracking precedent investment transactions for global equity markets; analyzing trends in the Industrials and REGLL sectors, as well as regulatory environments and valuation drivers; analyzing financial metrics of existing and target client companies using Bloomberg Terminal, Dealogic, FactSet, GreenStreet, Pitchbook, RenCap, and LSEG Workspace; calculating, interpreting, and evaluating volume-weighted average price (VWAP), average daily trading volume (ADTV), historical and implied volatility, beta through regression analysis, and liquidity metrics including bid-ask spreads, turnover ratios, and market depth; performing SPAC transactions, including IPO structuring and merger advisory; executing private capital raising processes and structures including IPO frameworks, merger execution, and private equity/debt instruments; performing M&A advisory services, including strategic reviews, valuation analysis, and due diligence using Bloomberg, Pitchbook, and FactSet to gather market and company data; and ensuring adherence to SEC regulations, disclosure requirements, and capital markets compliance protocols. Salary range: $175,000.00 – $225,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
