About The Position

As a Brokerage Associate focused on business development at Cushman & Wakefield, you will support a leading multi-market team with the necessary activities to grow the pipeline and secure client relationships for the firm. Downtime will be marginal as you will be involved in client outreach from day one. The team will coach you on producing qualified leads, booking, and preparing for new client meetings. Requirements

  • 1+ year sales experience preferred
  • Business development, cold calling, customer service or applicable skill set highly desired
  • Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and sales skills essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must procure and maintain a KS/MO real estate license

Nice To Haves

  • Real Estate experience is a plus but not required
