About The Position

The Customer Service Accounting Representative (CSAR) is responsible for working with customers face to face, via phone or email and handle collections and allocations of payments.

Requirements

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
Two (2) plus years' experience in Accounts Receivable
Provide high level of customer service
Good organizational skills
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Excellent accuracy and able to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.
Strong Computer skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Responsibilities

Effective and efficient handling of customer transactions.
Responsible for billing, collection and reporting activities according to the specific deadlines.
Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details.
Build and maintain company customer relationships.
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
Consistent following up on promises and commitments in a timely manner with customers.
Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash, etc.
Investigate customer queries as necessary and find solutions of necessary.
Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues.
Complete sales transactions and processing of payments.
Partner with Sales Representative to keep account transactions up to date.
Practice Customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team
Retain up to date knowledge of company products and procedures
Perform additional duties as required and or requested.
