About The Position

Design, develop, and deliver technical solutions, including Al-based workflows, that will help the organization scale. Work with stakeholders to identify areas where technology can be leveraged to improve business processes. Make autonomous decisions on which solutions best fit the business problem presented. Test and validate Al workflow to ensure that they are accurate and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Play a key role in growing the core offering of the Aladdin Compliance and Accounting platforms. Drive engagement with partners to ensure that proper business requirements are established. Build relationships with other internal technology teams to ensure familiarity with all potential Al-based solutions while also holding them accountable for capturing and measuring business benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 36 months of experience in the job offered or as Research Analyst, Business Analyst, or closely related role.
• Position requires three years of experience in the following: Programming in Java and Python; SQL Database; Machine learning models, and other neural networks; Natural Language Processing techniques and tools such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling; Using Agile methodologies to work from a backlog, sprints and retrospectives; Data Visualization Tools including Power BI; and Investment management industry and investment products.
