About The Position

A Store Associate is a vital part of our Andy’s team! Associates are actually the face of our brand. This individual works at a very fast pace, creating and delivering the best treats in the world, while also providing exceptional customer service. Store Associates are a large part of the entire Andy’s experience! Full time associates will work an average of 30+ hours a week with availability to open and close. Requirements

Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast-paced environment
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be available to work some nights, weekends and some holidays
This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff. Good news: this is not an office job
Must have availability to open and close throughout the week
