About The Position
Sona Dermatology is seeking an Associate to join our team, a mission-critical leadership role that is essential for the growth and success of our practice. The Associate will be responsible for the quantity and quality of practice development and growth, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, and managing the overall performance and productivity of the center. This role requires a strong focus on patient satisfaction and service, as well as the ability to drive results through collaboration and innovation. The Associate will work closely with the Practice Manager and Center-Level Teams to execute strategies that meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and enhance the overall value creation across the market. In this dynamic environment, the Associate will maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding all Sona Dermatology products and services, utilizing effective interpersonal skills to promote these offerings to patients. Responsibilities include achieving assigned sales targets, managing patient consultations, maintaining detailed patient records, and ensuring the practice is kept in a clean and healthy manner. The Associate will also verify insurance eligibility, manage client flow, and oversee scheduling assignments to optimize patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, professional integrity, and a commitment to Sona Dermatology's mission and values. The Associate will be expected to work full-time, with specific hours outlined, including one Saturday shift per month. This position is 100% on-site, requiring the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
