Requirements

• Strong Financial Modeling Skills: Confident in building and analyzing traditional LBO models with detailed valuation and returns analysis, essential for driving core investment decisions.
• Experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or PE: 1 - 4 years of relevant deal execution and financial due diligence experience to minimize ramp-up and ensure immediate impact.
• Collaborative and Detail-Oriented Mindset: Intellectually curious team player who works closely with senior pros, delivering precise, well-communicated insights aligned with a small, collegial culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust financial models covering forecasting, valuation, and returns analysis to drive informed investment decisions.
• Perform in-depth research on target sectors and market dynamics to shape investment theses and uncover growth opportunities.
• Evaluate portfolio and prospective company financials, product offerings, customer segments, and competitive landscape to gauge investment viability and track ongoing performance.
• Prepare and review bid letters, investment committee presentations, and transaction documents to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Support tracking of portfolio company performance and partner with management teams to advance value creation strategies.
