About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an Associate for their Morristown, NJ Adult Skilled Nursing Office. Requirements

• Agency recruitment experience strongly desired.
• Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired.
• Knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in delivering and coordinating client services.
• Responsible for recruitment efforts, including onboarding for field staff (RN's, LPN's).
• Assist in planning recruiting and marketing events.
• Manage compliance of all new hires' personnel files.
