What You'll Contribute The Associate, Workforce Planning and Forecasting will be responsible for supporting the workforce planning and forecasting activities within our call centers.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and data visualization tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience or internships in workforce planning, forecasting, data analysis, or a related role is preferred.
  • Previous experience with NICE software.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of historical data, industry trends, and business projections to aid in labor demand forecasting and identify potential staffing gaps in our call centers.
  • Assist in the maintenance of workforce models, tools, and databases to evaluate workforce capacity, utilization, and productivity.
  • Contribute to workforce gap analysis by identifying areas of overstaffing or understaffing and providing input for appropriate corrective actions.
  • Assist in generating and maintaining workforce metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators related to workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Support the execution of workforce planning initiatives and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and talent acquisition teams to support alignment of hiring strategies with workforce plans and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
