About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by receiving, handling, and maintaining inventory for operational supplies and materials. This role ensures that shipments are accurately checked, logged, and stored, and that stock levels are monitored and organized to support smooth manufacturing and logistics operations. The Warehouse Associate also maintains inventory records, organizes and catalogs stock, responds to email requests, operates warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pickers, and carts, and assists in keeping the work area clean, safe, and well-organized in compliance with all company safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or related field preferred
  • Ability to speak and write in English at a high level
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and record-keeping, is preferred
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The Warehouse is not temperature regulated and can be noisy and busy
  • Walk up to 10k steps per day
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
  • Ability to climb stairs

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, log, and distribute incoming packages and mail throughout the company
  • Review, verify, and scan packing lists to ensure accuracy of shipments
  • Maintain organized stockroom inventory through routine cleaning, labeling, and cataloging
  • Store merchandise appropriately within the warehouse, including lifting and handling items as needed
  • Prepare and maintain receiving reports and documentation for management
  • Monitor and respond to inventory-related email requests in a timely manner
  • Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, and discrepancies
  • Verify and process all inbound shipments to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Support overall warehouse organization and cleanliness standards
  • Follow all company safety policies and hygiene protocols
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, pickers, and carts to move materials safely and efficiently
