The Associate Manager - eCommerce - Walmart is responsible for driving growth and expanding the company's presence on Walmart.com as well as expanded markets. This role involves executing sales strategies for eCommerce channels, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting all distribution channels. The role will also assist in developing digital marketing and merchandising strategies for Walmart websites to increase POS and market share, while analyzing ROI for all spending related to Walmart Connect.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of the unified sales strategy for Walmart.com that aligns with company goals, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Track measurable KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Execute long-term objectives and strategies for all Walmart.com channels by ensuring quarterly performance reviews and adjustments based on sales and traffic analytics.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart.com, and their respective teams, Category Managers, Associate Buyers, and eCommerce leads.
  • Support and prepare the team for negotiations to secure favorable terms, promotions, and product placement.
  • Address and resolve issues related to product listings, fulfillment, pricing, and customer satisfaction across both platforms.
  • Consult on the Development to then Execute targeted sales strategies to increase visibility and drive growth on Walmart.com.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor landscapes to identify new opportunities and refine strategies for maximum performance.
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure alignment with financial targets and business objectives.
  • Oversee product listings and optimization efforts on Walmart.com to ensure competitiveness, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates to product information, pricing, and inventory across both platforms.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and platform requirements, making data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Implement new tools, technologies, and strategies to optimize sales performance and operational efficiency across both channels.
  • Partner with Walmart Connect to leverage advertising solutions for brand visibility and sales on Walmart.com.
  • Collaborate with media agency on campaigns using Walmart Connect's products to drive sales.
  • Monitor media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with sales strategies.
  • Track key performance metrics and growth opportunities for Walmart.com.
  • Maintain effective communication with Walmart.com, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
  • Specific concentration: Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience level: 6 years of combined progressive sales experience with a minimum of 3 years driving digital sales at a large retail account.
  • Walmart.com or Amazon retail account experience preferred.
  • Proven success in managing complex accounts and driving revenue growth in both eCommerce and retail environments.
  • Extensive experience with Walmart's Vendor Portal and Scintilla.
  • Proven track record in executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with Walmart Connect or similar digital media and advertising platforms.
