In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP/Chief People & Administrative Officer, developing strategies and processes that align and harmonize our diverse business units. You will lead the Talent & Culture team, which includes a Senior Manager, Talent & Culture; a Human Resources Business Partner; and a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, supported by part-time recruiters as needed.
