Central Michigan University is dedicated to fostering an environment that is reflective of the communities we serve. We are especially interested in highly qualified candidates who will advance and promote CMU's mission, vision, and leadership standards. The Associate Vice President of Student Affairs (AVPSA) serves on the Vice President's Executive Leadership team and is apprised of best practices in college student affairs. The AVPSA serves as a direct liaison to faculty, staff, students, community members, and counterparts at other institutions. Further, the AVPSA participates in an executive on-call rotation for emergencies and attends meetings/events representing the VP and special projects.
