About The Position
The Associate Vice President - Quality Strategy, Digital, and Transformation is responsible for facilitating the development of the strategy for the Global Quality organization, overseeing an integrated global quality transformation agenda with particular emphasis on digital innovation, and providing project and change management capability and capacity for key transformation efforts across the quality function. This role approves notification to management for their areas of responsibility. The Associate Vice President - Quality Strategy, Digital, and Transformation develops and monitors the integrated change agenda for quality across the enterprise to ensure all functions and leaders are driving toward a consistent vision. This leader establishes appropriate governance processes, data management and analytics and drives the engagement with governance bodies to ensure the transformation agenda stays on track and meets timelines. This role deploys project management resources to enable successful delivery of the transformation agenda and operational excellence, ensuring capability development across the Quality enterprise. This role helps set direction for quality through participation on the Global Quality Lead Team, Quality Management Committee and Global Manufacturing Quality Lead Team.
