The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Development is a high impact opportunity for an engaging, strategic, and visionary leader with the drive, motivation, and expertise to build and grow an innovative, national development program with the capacity to attract transformative philanthropy. AVP will oversee the entire fundraising lifecycle, from concept inception to successful execution, while providing critical fundraising insights to shape organizational decisions, while expanding a diverse pipeline of both unrestricted and programmatic revenue, with an unwavering growth-oriented mindset. In partnership with the Chief Financial Officer, the Associate Vice President will collaborate with internal leadership and key stakeholders to design resource strategies for HBI programs and priorities. In implementation and execution of these strategies, this role will seek out and interact directly with prospective and existing funders to ensure a best-in-class donor experience. HBI has been training and educating America’s home construction workforce for more than 40 years. Our proven business model has helped countless individuals create long-term career opportunities.
