The FINN Partners Travel Team is seeking a savvy leader for our growing travel and luxury consumer business. We are looking for someone who has big ideas and can manage a dynamic and growing team. This individual will provide strategic counsel to clients, develop and execute integrated PR plans that incorporate all forms of promotion from media relations, influencer marketing, organic social media, content creation and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, eager to manage, mentor and inspire a vibrant team in productive and meaningful ways. They should be business savvy and know the luxury travel and consumer industry intimately, with experience in high-level client relations. The role involves collaboration across agency channels globally and nationwide, participation in new business development, maintaining high-level editorial/journalistic/media contacts, and being an excellent writer/storyteller. The candidate will guide creative direction for the agency, develop best practices for social media integration, and position the agency as an innovator in the social media space. They should be inclusive and supportive, managing expectations compassionately to foster a productive team environment.
