About The Position

The Associate/Vice President, Global Product Solutions (GPS), Global Strategy role at BlackRock focuses on driving business strategy and leading initiatives to enhance commercial outcomes across various regions and functions. Requirements

• Understanding of the asset management industry, including ETFs, active, and private markets.
• Experience working with senior leaders and translating complex views into straightforward analyses.
• Demonstrated ownership over work product and project engagement.
• High degree of professional discretion, integrity, and judgment.

Nice To Haves

• Coding skills preferred but not required.
• Interest in learning more about asset management and investment vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Work with the strategy team, senior management, and business leaders to determine strategic objectives and opportunities.
• Contribute to and execute business strategy projects and initiatives.
• Gather and synthesize information from various sources including industry research and financial publications.
• Build impactful written presentations to communicate findings to senior management and partner functions.
• Present findings and engage senior team members in problem-solving.
• Partner with colleagues at all levels throughout GPS and the broader firm to drive projects to completion.
• Assist in formulating business intelligence and insights, such as competitor monitoring.
• Facilitate broader planning across the business and field ad-hoc requests from management.
