About The Position

Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Student Affairs, the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Residential Life and Integrated Learning serves as a senior leader within the Division of Student Affairs and a core member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team (SALT). This dynamic and student-centered leader will oversee a portfolio that includes Student Housing, Student Leadership Development, the Pam Rector Center for Service and Action, Campus Recreation and Student Facilities, and the broader work of integrated learning across co-curricular spaces. The AVP provides strategic leadership, fiscal oversight, and high-level management across these areas to foster a seamless and holistic educational experience that integrates academic, personal, and ethical growth. The AVP will work closely with Academic Affairs, Auxiliary Services, Facilities Management, and other key university units to connect classroom learning with co-curricular and residential life experiences. Aligned with LMU’s Jesuit, Catholic, and Marymount values, this position champions integrated learning, cura personalis (care for the whole person), and a culture of inclusion and community engagement.
