About The Position
Warren Wilson seeks an innovative, student-centered leader to join our dynamic community as the Associate Vice President & Director of Residence Life; Title IX Coordinator (AVP). This role offers a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on our residential campus where our distinctive approach to experiential learning intentionally integrates academics, campus work, and community engagement to create a transformative educational experience. We are seeking an executive leader who thrives in collaborative settings and is committed to making a positive impact on student success. The AVP is a senior leader in the Division who reports directly to the Vice President for Student Engagement (VPSE), serves on the VPSE leadership team, and provides administrative leadership and oversight to the Division in the absence of the VPSE. The AVP serves as the Director of Residence Life for a robust residence life program of approximately 800 students and will be instrumental in leading efforts to maximize the impacts of our living-learning communities. The position also serves as the Title IX Coordinator for the College.
