The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Vice President, Development within our Los Angeles Division. Reporting to the VP, Development, this leader is responsible for advancing the American Heart Association’s mission through leading the Los Angeles Division's Go Red for Women and Heart Ball campaigns. As a player/coach, this includes ensuring that revenue goals are achieved for the campaign and overall division through consistent development, planning, execution and evaluation of agreed upon revenue generation and volunteer leadership engagement strategies. This hybrid position is based in the Los Angeles County division and the work is wherever it is most effective – in the field, at home and in our Culver City office. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.
