This is a newly created position at HELP USA, designed to strengthen and expand the organization’s development and communications capacity during a period of growth. The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Development and Communications will serve as a key partner to the Chief Development and Communications Officer (CDCO), working closely and collaboratively to drive fundraising performance, sharpen strategy, and execute across multiple revenue and engagement channels. The role is well-suited to a development generalist with both a marketing and sales mindset—someone who understands how strong messaging, relationship-building, and disciplined follow-through translate into revenue. The AVP will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, helping to move donors from engagement to investment while ensuring overall agency efforts are aligned and effective.
