About The Position

Zeta is seeking an Associate Vice President, Data Science & Analytics to lead one of our most strategic financial institution partnerships. This leader will serve as the primary analytics executive responsible for driving client success through advanced modeling, real-time marketing optimization, and data-driven product recommendations within a highly regulated financial services environment. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that requires a rare combination of strategic acumen, technical expertise, and regulatory fluency. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of predictive modeling and marketing analytics along with hands-on experience navigating the compliance expectations of large banks and financial institutions. Working with a high degree of independence, this leader will define the analytics strategy within a compliant framework, establish and manage priorities across the team, and drive alignment, efficiency, and innovation across the partnership. Depending on your location, this role could be hybrid (NYC, Nashville, LA, San Francisco, Miami) or remote.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science, with at least 5 years supporting financial institutions or insurance.
Knowledge of financial services regulations related to modeling including fair lending and fair banking, ECOA, etc.
Demonstrated expertise in predictive modeling and recommendation systems.
Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and translate analytics into strategic business outcomes.
Strong technical fluency across modeling frameworks, validation techniques, and documentation best practices.
Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts, and build executive confidence.
