Requirements

  • Doctorate degree & 7 years of technology experience OR Master's degree & 10 years of technology experience OR Bachelor's degree & 12 years of technology experience.
  • 7 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources.

Nice To Haves

  • 12+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years working with executive level leaders.
  • Ability to define and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Experience working with and delivering technology solutions for an R&D based function.
  • Deep knowledge of client facing technology, product team management and experience with modern architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate with C-suite executives and business leaders.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies (AI, automation, data analytics, cybersecurity).
  • Experience driving technology adoption, process improvements, and cultural transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the strategic direction, deployment, and enhancement of client-facing technologies and information systems.
  • Ensure technology solutions support and enhance business efficiency while ensuring robust security, compliance, and scalability.
  • Make informed decisions regarding technology investments, including headcount allocation and architecture.
  • Lead the performance and delivery management of the demand, portfolio, and digital product teams.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for the value delivery and transformational impact of technology initiatives.
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of all technology systems within the business unit.
  • Lead transformation initiatives aimed at achieving financial and strategic objectives.
  • Define the long-term technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Maintain responsibility for interactions and integrations with broader Data, AI, and Cybersecurity organizations.
  • Engage with senior R&D executives and other key stakeholders to integrate technology strategy with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and industry experts.
