The Associate Vice Chancellor of Human Resources is responsible for leadership in the management and administration of personnel policies and practices, including recruitment and employment, collective bargaining, classification and pay, performance management and training, HRIS, and employee relations. This position reports to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources and Equal Opportunity and is tasked with managing core human resources functions, providing direction and support for daily operations, supervising staff, and coordinating with other programs and services related to HR functions. The Associate Vice Chancellor will present reports on various HR-related issues and consult with all levels of District staff and union representatives.
