About The Position

Brown Veterinary Clinic is seeing an ADVM to join their team - We are part of a privately owned and operated organization, managing three animal hospitals in the Ft. Myers/Naples areas. Additionally, we are part of the Buffalo Veterinary Group, which is our extended family of 10 hospitals in Buffalo, NY. Within our internal network, our dedicated and compassionate doctors, board -certified specialists and support team members provide AAHA Accredited physical examinations, vaccines, laser, soft -tissue, orthopedic, spay and neuter surgical services, emergency and overnight intensive care services, in -house laboratory diagnostics and pharmacy, internal medicine services including advanced diagnostic procedures (Ultrasound, CT imaging, Echo & Endo), Arthroscopy, Neurology, Fluoroscopy, laser therapy, digital X -ray, MRI and boarding services. As we continue to grow and expand services throughout the Ft. Myers & Naples, FL region, we are seeking extraordinary Associate Veterinarians to join our GP/UC hospitals! At Brown Veterinary Clinic, our practice prides itself on its array of cutting -edge amenities, including laser therapy, ultrasound, digital radiography, and a comprehensive Idexx lab suite. Currently transitioning to a full IDEXX in -house lab with Sedivue, we utilize advanced EzyVet computer software alongside VetRadar patient management, ensuring streamlined operations and exceptional patient care. We are seeking individuals that are team -oriented and have excellent communication skills with fellow colleagues and clients. Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required; candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification
  • Florida State License in good standing
  • Experience and comfort with performing soft -tissue, surgical procedures preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality patient care and outstanding client service
  • Responsibility for providing outpatient services such as wellness care, diagnosis and treatment of sick patients, in -patient hospitalization, case management and surgery
  • Detailed, make sound decisions, respond quickly and calmly to crises and maintain high standards of patient care
  • Communicate clearly with the other doctors, support staff and clients to ensure that patients receive the care that they need
