Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree (licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for client education and high-quality patient care
- Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license
Nice To Haves
- Interest in surgery and dentistry (preferred but not required)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply — mentorship is available.
- Current DEA License preferred but not required
- USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
