About The Position

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. You will work collaboratively with our experienced doctors and support staff to provide high quality medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals. You’ll have access to modern equipment and a full suite of services, with opportunities to develop your interests, whether in general practice, surgery, dentistry, or rehabilitation.

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oklahoma
• Strong communication skills, client-service focus
• Comfortable performing surgery and dentistry (or desire to build those skills)
• Interest in mentoring/supporting a team and helping drive practice growth
• Empathetic, team-oriented attitude and desire to live in a community-focused practice

Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams, diagnostics, treatment plans, surgery, and dental procedures
• Mentor and work with support staff and newer team members
• Provide compassionate client education and communication
• Collaborate on hospital initiatives for growth, quality of care, and client satisfaction
