About The Position

This ER role at Insight Wellness Center is distinct because doctors diagnose, operate, and manage complex cases from presentation through inpatient care, maintaining a strong surgical caseload, rather than just stabilizing and transferring. The position is supported by experienced RVTs, veterinary assistants, and a cohesive nursing team, ensuring doctors can focus on medicine and maintain excellent patient flow and care standards in a structured environment with real operational support.

Requirements

DVM licensed (or eligible) in California
Ideally 2+ years clinical experience
Confident in surgery & emergency case management
Strong communicator
Team-oriented with leadership presence

Responsibilities

Emergency consultations (outpatient and inpatient)
Critical and emergency care management
Diagnostic workups and treatment planning
