The Team: You won’t be flying solo. You’ll have the support of 9 experienced veterinarians plus a board-certified surgeon who makes complex procedures look easy.

The Mentorship: Whether you’re new to practice or just want to sharpen certain skills, we’ve got structured mentorship and plenty of colleagues who actually like sharing their knowledge.
The Location: When you’re off the clock, you’ve got everything from hiking at Day Pond State Park to kayaking on Lake Hayward to wineries, movie nights, family fun at the RecPlex, and, of course, frozen custard at Scotties. (Yes, you can bring us back some.)

Requirements

• A DVM (or soon-to-be) with a Connecticut license in good standing.
• Someone who wants to contribute to a team-driven culture (bonus points if you like swapping funny pet stories during coffee breaks).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care using the latest tools and tech.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our clients (and their furry, feathery, or scaly family members).
• Keep things collaborative—our team works best when everyone’s in it together.
• Stay organized with accurate records and treatment plans (SOAP notes, anyone?).
• Help us keep up the positive, supportive vibe our clients and team rave about.
