About The Position

Martin Veterinary Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established and growing mixed animal practice in beautiful Upstate South Carolina. Founded in 2015 by Justin Martin, DVM, our practice has grown to a five-doctor team committed to excellence in medicine, service, and community. We are a faith-based veterinary practice that values integrity, compassion, and service. Our team strives to create a supportive, respectful, and family-oriented environment, not only for our clients but for our team members as well, where faith, professionalism, and high-quality veterinary care go hand in hand. Practice Overview Martin Veterinary Services is a true mixed animal practice with a diverse caseload: ~50% Small Animal ~30% Equine ~15% Bovine ~5% Small Ruminant We operate out of a modern 10,000 square-foot clinic and offer fully equipped ambulatory services for large animal and farm calls. Our facility is paperless and well-equipped with: In-house IDEXX chemistry, CBC, SnapPro, and SediVue, and InVue analyzers Digital radiography Ultrasound Dedicated surgery suite Large animal stocks Complete haul-in large animal facilities Our experienced medical team fosters a collaborative atmosphere with a strong emphasis on mentorship, making this an excellent opportunity for both confident new graduates and experienced veterinarian s seeking professional growth in a supportive setting. Requirements

  • DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution
  • South Carolina veterinary license (or eligibility) in good standing
  • Interest in mixed animal medicine and a varied caseload
  • Enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
  • Values professionalism, integrity, and compassionate client care
  • Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
  • Proficient in general medicine and surgery
  • Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA accredited university
  • Current DEA License or obtained upon hire
  • Active Veterinary State License
  • USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
