About The Position
VCA Conewago Animal Hospital is seeking a Part Time Veterinarian to join our one doctor practice in beautiful Hanover, Pennsylvania! We focus on excellent medicine, compassionate care, and strongly believe in low-stress handling and Fear Free techniques. Our hospital team currently treats dogs and cats, and we are open to expanding care to exotic species if an associate has the desire and skills to introduce this service! We have three exam rooms, surgical suite, surgical laser, digital radiology, digital dental radiology, Doppler, and a user-friendly EMR system. Local emergency clinics and referral hospitals help us provide top-notch care to our patients. Why join the team Join our team of 2 DVM’s, 3 Assistants, 1 CVT, Hospital Manager, and 1 CSR! We have great equipment including ultrasound, digital x-ray (including dental) and a surgical laser Acupuncture Hands-free radiology Fear-Free AAHA-accredited Shifts are flexible! 35 minutes from York and an hour from Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Baltimore. Washington DC and Philadelphia are easily accessible from Hanover for fun weekend trips. The area boasts beautiful outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, mountain biking, golfing, and skiing, as well as numerous options for dining, wineries, and other nightlife/social events! We are open to seeing exotics!
