$200,000 - $300,000

About The Position

Highland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced small animal veterinarian (5+ years) with strong diagnostic skills and high proficiency in ultrasound to join our established, high-volume hospital. This is a medical-forward GP role within a walk-in practice environment. Our hospital already has strong surgical depth, and we are specifically looking for a veterinarian who enjoys internal medicine workups, abdominal ultrasound, and preventative medicine, and who values practicing thorough, high-level medicine in a well-supported setting. Highland operates as a busy walk-in practice, offering a dynamic caseload and the opportunity to see a wide variety of medical cases. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys problem-solving, diagnostics, and practicing high-quality medicine in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is best suited for an experienced clinician who values autonomy and the desire to practice at a high-level that is simultaneously accessible to the community. Highland Animal Hospital was established in 1956 and has a strong regional reputation for excellence. Our state-of-the-art 9,000 sq. ft. facility unveiled opened in May 2019. It is fully equipped with specialized rooms for cats, large dogs, ICU, surgery recovery, with separate shelter quarantine, respiratory quarantine, and parvo quarantine rooms. We operate with a high support staff ratio and structured systems designed to allow doctors to focus on medicine rather than logistics. Our hospital supports both advanced medical diagnostics and high surgical capability within a collaborative team environment. This is not a churn-and-burn environment. It is a performance-oriented practice built for experienced veterinarians who want both professional autonomy and income growth. If you are an experienced GP who values strong technician support, diagnostic depth, and performance-based earning potential, we welcome a conversation!
