About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited Lake Olympia Animal Hospital in Missouri City, TX. This role offers the opportunity to enhance your veterinary skills, foster strong client relationships, and work within a supportive, collaborative environment just minutes from Houston. Position Details Full-time schedule (36–40 hours/week) Rotating Saturdays required Strong technician-to-doctor ratio Opportunities to explore special interests
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Current veterinary license in the state of Texas
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with endoscopy is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive veterinary care to diverse animal patients
- Collaborate with a team of experienced veterinarians and veterinary technicians
- Engage in continuous education and development to stay updated with veterinary advancements
- Utilize advanced technology and equipment for diagnostics and treatment
- Participate in community outreach and client education initiatives
- Rotate Saturday shifts as required
