About The Position

VCA Desert Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor small animal practice in beautiful Palm Springs, California. This position would be primarily responsible for the urgent care and walk-in shift and cases. VCA Desert Animal Hospital is a busy hospital that offers a great collaborative atmosphere. Large modern building. Four day work week. Well-equipped hospital with digital radiography (both general and dental), ultrasound, CO2 laser and much more. Wonderful experienced support staff. 2 hour drive to California beaches and mountain resorts. We welcome New Grads! Requirements

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in California.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in urgent care or emergency veterinary medicine.
• Interest in pursuing further specialization.
• Previous experience in a multi-doctor practice.
