Requirements

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in California, or the ability to obtain.
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a variety of animal care including exotics and wildlife.
• Strong collaboration and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care for dogs, cats, exotics (rabbits, guinea pigs, pocket pets, etc.), avian, reptiles and wildlife.
• Utilize advanced medical technology including Digital Radiography, Digital Dental Radiography, Ultrasound, EMR, and Cold or Therapeutic Lasers.
• Offer acupuncture and chiropractic services.
• Mentor students and new graduates.
