We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian who’s ready to practice gold-standard medicine without sacrificing joy, balance, or their sense of humor. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited AVMA program.
• Active or eligible Florida license.
• DEA/BNDD eligibility.
• Strong communication skills (bonus if you can deliver bad news and a good belly rub in the same appointment).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds solo, 25+ with a buddy.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, thorough medical care for companion animals.
• Perform surgeries, diagnostics, and treatments with confidence.
• Communicate clearly with pet parents (translation: turn vet-speak into people-speak).
• Support clients through every stage of their pet’s life — from first check-up to end-of-life care.
• Keep accurate medical records (your future self will thank you).
• Uphold veterinary ethics and hospital protocols with pride.
