About The Position

As an Associate UX Designer you will have the opportunity to expand upon your skillset and collaborate with diverse business and technology partners across the organization, to help create impactful end user experiences that balance capabilities with workflow and design goals. As a UX Designer your essential job functions will include the following: Communication and Project Management Apply a user-centered design approach to our consumer facing digital products. Assist with the development and implementation of designs by collaborating hand-in-hand with developers to ensure designed experiences and goals are achieved. Translate concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Strive to transfer the brand's personality seamlessly throughout the interface of the product. Plan, coordinate, and conduct usability testing sessions and other methods for obtaining relevant feedback from users. Leverage data and user feedback to drive and influence design decisions. Incorporate knowledge of information architecture, web accessibility and current research methodologies. Successful delivery of design tasks and projects that meet both use and business needs with measurable outcomes. Develop and maintain design guideline documents. Develop flexible, component-based interfaces that support dynamic content with translation services. Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 years of experience in related field. combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position
  • 2+ years’ experience in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with designing across multiple platforms and devices
  • Experience with web analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Fullstory)
  • Experience with rapid design tools, such as Figma and Adobe XD, Invision
  • Experience with dynamic, data-driven website design that supports translation services
  • Experience incorporating 3rd party customer style guides into site designs
  • Understanding of User interface design, information architecture, graphic design
  • Ability to perform research and site visits to improve user experience
  • Experience developing accessible websites
  • Display a positive and professional attitude
  • Effective coordination and collaboration with others
  • Effective communication of design rationale
  • Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, oral, and facilitation
