Position Overview: StepStone Private Wealth Solutions is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Associate to lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and asset growth across our private markets platform. This role will be responsible for end‑to-end campaign strategy, development, execution, and reporting, partnering closely with sales, product, compliance, and external agencies to deliver data‑driven campaigns that resonate with financial professionals, including RIAs, broker‑dealers, and other wealth intermediaries. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with creative thinking, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of financial services marketing.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of marketing experience, experience marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, or institutional investors preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of compliance considerations in financial marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign performance data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategic growth priorities
  • Translate product and market insights into compelling campaign themes and messaging
  • Build campaign roadmaps across channels including email, digital, paid media, social, events, and content marketing
  • Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with distribution priorities
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure timely review and approval of materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative assets
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
  • Oversee development of campaign content including emails, landing pages, thought leadership, webinars, and event materials
  • Manage marketing automation workflows and segmentation strategies
  • Coordinate webinar and event promotion, including CE-eligible education initiatives
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks for each campaign
  • Track performance metrics and provide post-campaign analysis
  • Use data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
