About The Position

This position will provide support to the US CFO Productivity & Efficiency group in driving various data management and strategic initiatives for the US Finance team. In addition, this role will help transform business processes and other processes related to the data management for the US Region.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience specializing in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Financial Services company, preferably with a focus in Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting or Data Office.
  • Experience in financial data modeling in support of large, regional and complex initiatives with multiple sources of data.
  • Significant experience creating PowerPoint presentations suitable for senior executives and committees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present complex materials to senior leadership and executives.

  • Experience participating on project teams, preferably regulatory reporting projects.
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organization.

  • Experience working with financial data and systems, including knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, including the ability to create interactive and dynamic reports and presentations
  • Experience working with senior leadership and executives, including the ability to provide analytical support and guidance on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain metrics to track progress of control issues and other initiatives, including preparing scorecards and escalating delays and obstacles to management.
  • Develop and design clear, concise, and engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex information to senior leadership and committees including reports, analyses, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions, integrate financial data from various sources to create comprehensive reports, and analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights for leadership.
  • Provide analytical support to connect data to the overall vision and priorities for the US CFO group.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions to control issues and challenges, including issue remediation, status tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage transformation of related business processes, including transformation of manual processes.
