As an Associate in TAG, you will join a dynamic team in one of several major cities, including New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects across different industries, such as manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, healthcare, software & technology, energy, and financial services. You will be involved in assessing a target's quality of earnings, analyzing cash flows, reviewing working capital, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors. The position emphasizes an integrated due diligence approach that combines operational, functional, and industry expertise with high-quality financial accounting and tax services to drive value throughout the investment lifecycle.
