Requirements

Master’s degree
Must be Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker in CA or Registered Associate Marriage & Family or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking therapy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

Work with clients remotely via HIPAA compliant video-based therapy.
Formulate a diagnosis, develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate individual or group therapy sessions.
Complete documentation and maintain required client-related records, including client diagnostic records, and progress notes within the assigned timeframes.
Counsel family members to assist them in understanding and supporting clients.
Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment.
Experience with treatment of children, adolescents, and adults.
