Our Associate Program is designed for therapists who are committed to providing thoughtful, attuned care to individuals, couples, and families, and who are looking for meaningful support as they work toward licensure. Throughout your associate hours journey, you’ll receive the structure, supervision, and resources needed to grow confidently and sustainably in your clinical practice.
Responsibilities
- Managing your caseload, including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances, and consistent client attendance
- Hands-on experience developing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Opportunities to provide attuned psychotherapy across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
