A role with the Print & Pattern Design team means a big opportunity to start from scratch and create something truly original. Can you demonstrate the utmost attention to detail and create artwork that is unique in the marketplace and delivers on a collective vision? Do you bring an original point of view, and a confident hand in your illustration style? Then you’ll have success on our Print Design team who owns the creation of artwork for Target-owned brands in our Home division. In close partnership with leaders, you’ll create original art and textile patterns that drive brand cohesion and continuity, ensuring that our end products meet the strategies and overall creative direction. Under the overall direction of Design leadership, you will work on an assigned collection of art for a brand. You will be expected to maintain a diligent approach to workload, which includes timely communication with your partners. You’ll support concepts throughout the development process. You will create original artwork that delivers on overall creative direction. You’ll also identify, troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Requirements

• Four-year degree in Illustration, Textile Design, Fine Art, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Adobe design system skills including Illustrator and Photoshop
• 3D software skills
• Experience assimilating design feedback
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to build relationships in order to successfully work in a team environment
• Ability to respond to business objectives with creative, original design solutions
