Who We’re Looking For As a key member of the sales team, the Associate Territory Manager will support a positive customer experience by partnering with Territory Managers to maximize revenue growth and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory. The Associate Territory Manager will lead sales activities within a pre-determined subset of identified accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.).
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and results-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals.
  • Develop strong knowledge of the assigned product portfolio and demonstrate the ability to effectively assist customers.
  • Build sales skills and territory management competencies, including business planning, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure product satisfaction, address issues, and provide training support as needed.
