About The Position

The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) at Inspire Medical Systems plays a crucial role in supporting the field sales team to drive sales and manage accounts within the Boston Metro area. This position focuses on promoting Inspire's innovative medical device designed for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), providing clinical and technical support, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years).
• 2+ years of experience in sales (outside/inside), marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or sales support role in medical device, or 3+ years of experience in a sales position in other industries.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to travel within defined geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and ongoing account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Manage revenue-generating projects and goals to support account ownership.
• Work collaboratively with Territory Managers to increase their selling time.
• Deliver exceptional service through team-driven directives and execution of new business opportunities.
• Promote the Inspire therapy within assigned geographic areas to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Assist in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
