About The Position

We are seeking an individual to join our outstanding R&D team to work in our state of the art Plastics Laboratory. This is an entry level role in which you will be trained to perform multiple lab sample preparation functions.

Requirements

  • High school equivalency or relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Work in a safe environment and follow ISO 9001 guidelines.
  • Basic understanding or willing to learn our Oracle, Raw Materials and lab workflow
  • Will learn to Operate sample preparation equipment as necessary, with training (extruder, roll mill, chipper, pulverize, premixing)
  • Ability to learn basic color correcting skills with training (QC equipment and spectrophotometers)
  • Needs the have ability to communicate with multiple people and can follow directions and have basic math skills
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and multitask
