The Associate Technician, Production Operations for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. Requirements

  • Must have the minimum requirement of a high school degree (or equivalent degree) with 2+ years of related experience or an AA degree with 1+ year of related experience.
  • Chemistry experience within a wet lab setting
  • Demonstrating good laboratory practices

Nice To Haves

  • A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)
  • Testing utilizing Access II, DxI800, and DxI9000 Instruments

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production activities according to SOPs, ensuring due‑date conformance, quality standards, and compliance with FDA QSR, GMP, and ISO requirements.
  • Independently prepare buffers and reagents using good laboratory practices, applying basic analytical or scientific methods to complete daily tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members to troubleshoot issues and maintain a strong focus on quality throughout operations.
